Studio: “Extend video” view → Veo 3 / 3.1 greyed out (only Veo 2 available)
SDK: FAILED_PRECONDITION: Video extension is not allowlisted for project (PII Removed by Staff)
Veo 3 Generate works, but in the Extend video flow Veo 3 is greyed out; only Veo 2 appears. SDK returns FAILED_PRECONDITION: Video extension is not allowlisted.
Use case: Extend short promotional/demo clips while preserving style continuity (R&D and prototyping).
APIs/Billing: Vertex AI API enabled; billing active.
