This issue (OR_BACR2_44) appears to be quite common, especially on macOS or with certain browsers, as seen in this Reddit thread:

You can also check Google Payment options in my country.

Suggested workarounds :

  • Try a different browser or device
  • Use another credit/debit card if possible
