Reference Column conditional display

Hello,

This one has me stumped.

I want to have a Ref column (Income Type) only show in the form if the Income option is selected for “Type of income.”

Show_If does not seem to be a function anymore and the Ref column type doesn’t have a Display If option.

You need to click on the hour glass icon then it becomes an option to put in a formula
