Hi, we recently open a case to the google Workspace Support team.

we need to know if it is possible to find in the logs which participants assisted to a event in the calendar.

We have the meeting subject, the date (Thursday, 19 March 2020⋅16:00 – 18:00) and the meeting code if it is needed. The support told us that it is not possible to recover the data because they are 3 years ago, and suggested to open a case to you in order to know what else you can do to help us.

Do you think that it is possible to recover these data? Thanks!

I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but if support was unable to help, I doubt anyone here will be able to. This is just a community site of Workspace administrators, with little participation from anyone who works for Google.

To the best of my knowledge, logs for things like meet are indeed purged after 6 months, so a meeting from 3 years ago would not be available.
