We have to send the email and sms with the link of the details of that record to our customer everytime the record gets added to the app…we have set up the sms and email automations but what happening is in sms when customer clicks on the link it is not opening the record details but opening a blank page …I have tried <<_ROW_WEB_LINK> > but it is not working in sms …in emails link is working perfectly …how should i get it fixed in sms texts please help me

I am trying to link a URL to the body of an SMS Workflow that opens the app in the detail view of the updated record. I have tried multiple things and even have attempted adding a <<_ROW_WEB_LINK>> and <<_ROW_WEB_URL>> neither of which are working in SMS, but work perfectly in Email. Has anyone figured this out yet?
