Quick Edit doesn't allow to edit columns type data Time, any solution?

Hi all, tried to use the Quick Edit table feature but there is something wrong in that features. After entry data and then i quick edit again, column with type data Time (column Time Actual) reset again to 00:00. But if I saved again, the value return to the same data as before. Is there a way to fix this issue? Please advise me.
Pls see the below screenshot before and after saved for your reference and consideration:

Few things to check.. is the “Reset on edit” set as ON? Is the column type set properly in your gSheet?

Yes sir “Reset on edit” i set as OFF.

Then check your gSheet so that column’s type is correct.
