Question about chatbot functionality.
Can we deploy workflow functions such as sms? If so, do we need to deploy it on FB to test different ideas?
@Rod Hi Rod, I’m afraid I don’t quite understand your question. Could you elaborate on what you want to implement? Are you trying to set up a workflow that would cause the chatbot to send a message to Facebook?
You can use workflow functions exactly the same way with a chatbot app as with a mobile app. For example, if a row is updated via the chatbot app, a workflow rule might be triggered by it.
You do not need to deploy on FB for this — you can test it via the preview
Thanks guys. Next question: In order to test SMS in terms of formatting and testing entire workflow in general, will preview send via your account or do I need to setup Twillio?
