Hi! How are they?
We have a client who has a repository with audios that he wants to transcribe into text (thousands of files).
We thought about the CCAI Transcription tool but we are not sure if it allows transcribing audio from a Cloud Storage file or only works live.
This is possible?
One of the reasons why we think this and not the Speech to Text api is because we would like to be able to identify the speech of each person in the conversation (Agent/Customer), in case it is not possible to do so there is some other tool that Can you help us achieve this?
