Is there a way to publish one dashboard in two locations and having only to update one?
We have a couple of dashboard that are duplicated in folders, as they are for people with seperate permissions. However, when updates to the one is made, we need to update them in the other folder as well… but sometimes we forget.
Is there a way I can put a link in the one folder? or publish one dashboard in 2 locations?
I don’t think this is possible because you can’t link Dashboards together in any way. Even a copy is a standalone, unique entity.
Why don’t you use a global Board instead of multiple folders?
Then I would definitely use Boards for that. Folders allow you do “model” the content physically but I think Boards could be at least a partial answer to logically model the content you want to present to different departments
