Public App Security Risks

Hi,

I want to allow any user to access my app by making the app public. If I enable:

1.Allow all signed in users

  1. Yes, this is a public app

  2. Yes, I am authorised to set up a public app

What are the security risks in doing this?

Could anyone be able to access the data in my SQL database?

Are there any ways can I make my app secure so I know my data will be secure also?
