Printing the PDF generated in a workflow

Hello everyone,

I’ve explored the community Q&A for a solution to automatically print PDFs generated in a workflow. While I found posts from 2018 suggesting this feature might be added soon, it seems to be missing natively in AppSheet as of 2023. I know about PrintNode but am looking for other suggestions.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Best option is if your printer allows email-to-print capability. Have the workflow email straight to the printer. Printnode provides this functionality for printers that don’t have it, assuming you have a device locally connected to the printer that can act as its print server.
