Preview Program - How to turn on this Desktop Changes

I"m looking to expand the desktop capability for a client by utilizing the desktop space vs. mobile more effectively. I see work has been done on the Detail side but I’m unable to turn on the ones below in preview mode. Also, does anyone know if this has been made available for the Forms View too?

As @Steve said, those changes are still a mock up from our side. We don’t know in which development stage they are

None of the desktop view enhancements are available to my knowledge.

To be clear. None of those “changes” are real to this point. Those are images of what could be the Desktop version of our apps the future
