I’m building a dashboard and have a date control on the page. It works as expected by being able to cycle through various ranges; e.g. prior month, prior quarter, year to-date etc.
My users are not the most tech savvy so I was thinking to add a few buttons (prior month, prior quarter etc.) which in turn configure the date selector in the background.
Yes, you may think not much of an improvement to the date selector but it’s easier. If it can’t be done I’ll make sure they understand how to use the date selector
