Could You help me?

Please show us how you have defined the Image column in your table and how you have referenced the image column in the template.

is it ok for you

Many thanks

For the image column, yes. It seems that you are simply using the AppSheet defaults when adding and Image. All good!

Now, please show us how you are referencing this column in your PDF template.

It’s here

Ok, Very straight forward. I see nothing wrong with the column or template.

Do have Image security settings turned on? See the image below. If you do, turn them off and try again.

Many Thanks but it’s already off

hmm. I wouldn’t think you’d need them on but maybe try turning the settings on to see if that helps.

Beyond that, I would like to see how the image info is recorded in the sheet. One of the things that caught my eye earlier is that the link in the template doesn’t seem to follow the AppSheet standard naming convention when uploading an image through the app. I’m curious what the sheet reflects as the path to the image.

Sur Many Thanks

On My Google sheet it’s appear like this

On my pdf it’s appear like this

That file name doesn’t look like a default AppSheet name. Are you uploading the images through the app?

Yess form my app

Ok. I have a wild hunch. It looks like when the image name is created, your column name of “Photo Ascenseur :” is being replaced by “Photo Ascenseur -” … the “:” is being replaced by the “-”. I have seen AppSheet do this with Times.

I wonder if the modified name is causing confusion somehow when the template tries to lookup the image.

I recommend to try this change.

  1. Rename your column and remove the “:” so it is simply [Photo Ascenseur]
  2. Add a display name to the column of “Photo Ascenseur :” so the column still displays as you wish.
  3. Upload the image again through the app so it gets the updated name.
  4. Try generating your document from the template again and see if the image now shows.

Hello

I’m Sorry but i’m not sur to understand

Sorry

Your column name has a colon, “:”, in the name. Remove that colon and try generating the PDF again to see if the image is properly inserted into the PDF.

unfortunately it doesn’t work I think I’m going to go with just one photo in this case it works
