I have tried to complete my workspace phone number verification but I didn’t receive any call or text in my phone number why?

Hope you’re doing great! I have some questions to start investigating or determining what could be the cause:

Are you the super administrator of the organization? Do you have any other super admin that can log into the admin console?

Did you try a different phone number? From which region you belong to receive the call/text?
