We need to create a custom role only for developer Portal administration. What permission should be provided to this role so that user can do all the activities related to portal like publishing APIs, customizing it, adding new portals etc.
We need to do this for Integrated portal which comes in Apigee Edge cloud version.
there’s already a role that handles that. It’s call portaladmin. Use that role. Here’s the link to the docs on it: https://docs.apigee.com/api-platform/publish/portal/manage-portals#roles

I had the exact same question.
Thanks for the answer, but it does not seem to work in my case.
With the Organization Administrator account I’ve created a role portaladmin and assigned it to a User I’ve added to the Organization. But when I log this user in and try to modify or create a Developer Portal I always see an error Authorization failed with a different 10 digits ID append to it each time.
Is there something I’m missing here?
