I need help with ownership transfer for two GCP projects:

Both projects have no reachable owners:
Owner (PII Removed by Staff)@kone.com — left organization
Owner (PII Removed by Staff)@albarqsalh70 — unresponsive
Editor (PII Removed by Staff)@kone.com — left organization
I am currently Viewer ([PII Removed by Staff]@kone.com) and the last active member. I am transitioning off the project and a new developer is joining. (PII Removed by Staff) also has no billing account linked.
What is the correct process to transfer ownership before I leave?
