OAuth branding verification stuck — app-name mismatch and homepage-purpose findings appear incorrect

Hello Google Cloud Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with OAuth branding verification for my application, PrintGo.

The Verification Center continues to report the following findings:

  1. The app name shown on the OAuth consent screen does not match the app name on the homepage.
  2. The homepage does not explain the purpose of the application. However, both issues appear to have been addressed on the live production website.

Application name: PrintGo
Application homepage: https://printgo.ng

1. App-name mismatch finding
The application name configured in Google Auth Platform is exactly:
PrintGo

The live homepage also uses the exact name “PrintGo” in the following places:

  • HTML page title: PrintGo
  • Visible homepage H1: PrintGo
  • application-name meta tag: PrintGo
  • og:site_name: PrintGo
  • og:title: PrintGo
  • Visible header branding: PrintGo
  • Visible footer branding: PrintGo

I have confirmed directly from the live production HTML that these values are deployed and publicly accessible.
The configured OAuth homepage URL is: https://printgo.ng
The authorized domain is: printgo.ng

  1. Homepage-purpose finding
    The homepage publicly explains that PrintGo is an online document-printing application for students, professionals and businesses.

The homepage describes:

  • professional document printing and finishing;
  • document upload and print preferences;
  • available printing services;
  • pricing and checkout;
  • print-job progress tracking;
  • pickup or delivery;
  • how Google Sign-In is used;
  • the basic user information received through Google Sign-In;
  • that PrintGo does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar or Google Contacts.

The homepage is publicly accessible without requiring users to sign in. It also links directly to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Current verification status I selected “I believe the issues found are incorrect” and submitted an appeal.

The Verification Center currently shows:

  • Branding guidelines: the app-name mismatch finding remains.
  • Homepage requirements: currently under review. -
    Privacy policy requirements: included in the same verification process.

The Verification Center also instructs me to reply to an email thread from the Trust and Safety team after resolving the issues. However, I have not received any such email.

I have checked:

  • the configured developer-contact email addresses;
  • inboxes;
  • spam and junk folders.

The automated re-verification previously completed within approximately one minute and repeatedly returned the same two findings, despite the updated homepage being live.

Request for assistance
Could someone please help with one of the following:

  1. Trigger or complete a fresh review of the live production homepage;
  2. Confirm where the Trust and Safety email was sent;
  3. Identify the exact homepage text or branding value that Google believes does not match “PrintGo”; or
  4. Explain which application-purpose information is still considered missing.

I have left the OAuth branding configuration and production homepage unchanged while the appeal is being reviewed.

I can provide the Google Cloud Project ID privately to an authorized Google staff member if required.

Thank you.
