OAuth brand verification stuck — homepage issue fixed, but never received any Trust & Safety email

Hello,

My app is going through brand verification and the Verification Center shows “Homepage requirements” as failed because the homepage did not include a link to the Privacy Policy.

This has been fixed: our homepage now shows a visible “Política de Privacidade” (Privacy Policy) link in the footer, accessible without login, pointing to the privacy page.

The Verification Center says to reply to the email conversation with the Trust & Safety team, but we never received any email — I checked the inbox and spam folders of all addresses listed under Developer contact information and the support email.

Could you please trigger a re-review of the homepage requirements, or have the Trust & Safety team contact us?
