Number of tabs on form?

Hello, I’ve currently got a form view which is split over 4 tabs but only 3 of the tabs are displayed. There’s an expand arrow pointing to the 4th tab but is it possible to have all 4 tabs displayed. The tab headings are very small so no issue with fitting those in.

There is no way to influence how AppSheet decides how many tabs are shown or hidden in that display.
