| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Feature | New Share dialog experience We’re releasing enhancements to how you share an app that make it easier to share and manage access to your app. For more details, see the community announcement and Share: The Essentials. | Enhancement | Keybind added for saving the Expression Assistant To aid our app creators who want to create/copy in expressions and work fast in their applications we’ve added in a Ctrl (or Cmd on Mac) +shift+s keybind which will save and close the Expression Assistant if pressed with the modal active. There is also a tooltip that has been added to the Save button to help with discovering this.Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+s was chosen instead of Cmd/Ctrl+s because the latter is used to save all changes in the editor. |
| Enhancement | Javascript updated We have updated our Javascript to a more modern version, in line with our browser support policy described here: https://community.appsheet.com/t/we-will-be-sunsetting-our-support-for-older-browsers-ie-11-and-microsoft-edge-legacy/45161 Note: Some users on older, unsupported browsers may notice breakages. To fix this issue, update to a recent version of your browser. |
Bug fixes
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Bug | If the local cache of table data is missing or invalid on startup, the app would normally sync new data from the server automatically. But under certain circumstances the app would simply start up with no data and display all blank views, as if all tables were empty. This fix is deployed to 15% of all users. |
| Bug | Background images were previously resized to 1000px by default, even on much wider screens where this looked noticeably bad. This update makes the background resizing adjust to the viewport, enabling large background images to maintain high resolution on wide screens. This fix is deployed to 15% of all users. |
| Bug | Fixes an issue where Publisher Pro users were sometimes accidentally upgraded to the Workspace Enterprise Plus entitlement. |
