Hi, does anyone have any ideas on why appsheet notification automation not working? Because it works most of the time so I am not sure what the issue is with my settings. If to say that user close notifications from appsheet it is impossible too since it does send the notification to them before.
Did you have a look the Monitor of BOT Automation?
If a BOT does not working as expected, the status will be “Error”:
Then you can check where the issue is.
Hi, I tried looking into this and I found out that the bot is not running as expected.
Here, you can see that on 23rd July, the bot works fine but after that it seems like it stops working when nothing is changed regarding the condition. I tried testing it again today by changing the condition to the simplest one like isnotblank([_ROWNUMBER]) also is not working as expected. I have no idea why because other bot in different tables work as expected. Only the bots related to this table is having this issue.
