non Gmail user emails

Hello,

How do non-Gmail email users log into the app? I seemed to run into issues when testing out the login process with non-Gmail email addresses.

Security > Authentification provider > Select ‘any provider’

  • Finally, you can choose all of the providers including Google, Dropbox, Office365, Box, and Smartsheet. Do this by selecting the blank authentication provider appearing at the top of Authentication Provider drop-down.

Hello,

I guess I’m specifically asking if I had a yahoo.com or hotmail.com user
email as an example…which provider do they choose in the list? I don’t
see those options even though I’ve selected “any provider”. Will these
users have issues logging into appsheet?

I have a user who has comcast.net Will they have an issue logging in?

If it’s a company mail linked to any authenfication provider in the list, no.
