No filters showing in browser view

I love the new filter feature you access through the search bar. It shows just fine on mobile devices and in the emulator, but NOTHING appears when using the app in a browser. Clicking the down arrow opens a blank window.

Anyone else had this problem?

In a quick check of an app of mine in both a browser and in the app emulator of the app editor, filter is not available in a dashboard view, but is available in a table view.
