Newly created API Proxies is not getting displayed in API proxy page immediately

Recently i added new API proxy but its not getting displayed in the API proxy page immediately… taking more than 2 or 3 hours to get listed..

Then I tried adding a policy to a proxy and saved it.. but it not getting reflected immediately..

Do I miss something in settings or anyone else facing it..

I am using a Trial account now is that the reason for the problem.. Earlier I have not used to face these issues.

Inconvenience is regretted. Do you still see issue ? If yes, Can you send me your orgname using Ask an expert button on right sidebar ?
