New error i am seeing - I havent changed anything in the app so i dont understand why im getting this

Well - I did what i asked “Log out” - three times.

In attempting to improve security, developers introduced a bug that affected some apps that authenticate with Microsoft. As I understand it, the bug was fixed overnight. I suspect this explains your experience.
