New Bug Encountered: Constructing an Attachment File URL stopped working

hi,
the below is a sample of a construction that has been working for weeks.
but today it is not for any link constructed! the file, folder, APP, all exist, i can browse to it and open the pdf.

Yes your constructed URL does not have a signature which now required as an additional security protection. If you need this construction to continue to work, you can turn off the new security feature by going to Security → Options and disabling the “Require Image and File URL Signing” for your app TESO-751991.
