Network Planning Tool - RF Overlay Centred in Screen

Hi there,

Is anyone having issues today with the Network Planning Tool?

I have been using it regularly over the past few days with no issues, but as of today, for ANY project I’ve previously created, when viewing it in the “map view” the sites/device pins always displays as centred in the map window regardless of what is being shown in the underlying base map layer. This also includes any display of RF prediction which again is not “locked” to the lat/long where the device was sited. Tried to access projects using different laptops, but still the same result.

Any ideas?

Hi David,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our engineering team has released a temporary fix, although it disables the map’s tilt and rotate functions. Additionally, the Map overlay options have been temporarily relocated to above the + icon in the lower right corner of the map. This functionality will be restored when a more permanent solution is available.

Hi!

Can you please provide a detailed description of the error you are experiencing and the steps needed to reproduce it? The fix was released on 07/06/2023 and no reports of this issue have been submitted since then.
