Need to upgrade free to Publisher Pro

Hi

I have a app and my account is in free , I have added a card and try to upgrade in publisher pro but its not upgrading even I added the card .

I need to brand my app for android app soon as possible.

Please suggest a way to achive.

When I change the app to free to publisher pro , I am getting this and my account remains same as Free account !

Please do the needful soon !

Hello @G_S,

I opened the Requires Actions section in stripe.com and I noticed it says authenticate the payment. I would suggest either checking with the bank or perhaps try another payment method.

@Jose_Arteaga I can’t find any other payment option , Please connect with the direct support to provide my any link for payment
