Need to add an environment in an existing Org

Hi Team,

Can you please help me in resolving a setup issue

I have APIGEE Edge On Premise. I have an Org with 2 environments. Now i want to add a

3rd environment to my existing setup. Can you please guide me. Or if possible please help in getting the URL to guide me.

It provides details of creating the environment using the configfile and add-env commandline script as well as using the management APIs
