My developer account has been closed because it wasn’t being used.
Currently, I have a project across university that need me to submit it on google playstore.
Previously, I borrowed my closest friend CC to open then I noticed that 1 CC cannot be used for two accounts so I confused how to change CC. currently, I have my own CC but the google play is terminated. I am worry if i open a new console on my account, My new account would be violanced.
What should I do?
