My account was suddenly disconnected due to a connection error during setup. When I tried to refresh the page, I immediately received a 404 error (page not found), and then my account reappeared at the following link: “https://asia-southeast.appsheet.com/home/apps“. This issue has occurred in several cases in Peru. What caused this problem?

Same anyone know what’s going on? Is this being addressed? Google should be sending a broad email or announcement in here. This is a huge issue. I have meetings tommorow for dev work that has been done and cant finish preparing for it as I have to make App edits. Please someone update !!

the problem is still going now i can see the apps but i cant use them
I also can see my apps but can’t use them, i am unable to reconnect to my google drive files
Same here, it seems like Appsheet is not detecting my Google Drive files including tables from Sheets and internal data.
Here’s an update:
I am experiencing the exact same issue. My account has been redirected to the asia-southeast URL and all my apps and billing history have disappeared. My User ID is (PII Removed by Staff). I have active subscriptions and this is affecting my production environment. Please investigate.
