I added a help doc describing the steps to create multi-page forms. Multi-page forms are commonly used to group similar fields and make it easier to navigate larger forms. This technique can be combined with conditional branching. Conditional branching allows you to show and hide pages based on user responses inside the form. How to make this icon next to “First Name”?

My guess is that the First Name column is of type Name and the icon is added automatically by AppSheet to allow access to the device’s contacts.
