I have an app that has always had its source sheets and folders with image captures located in my individual drive. I moved that entire folder, sheets, subfolders with images, etc. into a shared drive. Everything seemed to work OK until I tried to add a new image to a record. It appears to save successfully, but after the sync completes, the image is not viewable. You get the “caution” symbol in the details view, and if you try to click on it, you get a black screen with a red “no image” icon. How can I fix this? I’m not sure exactly what the problem is. Thanks!
Where did the image get saved in your drive? What value was saved to the new row in the sheet? Where is the gsheet located?
I figured out the issue was stemming from an unrelated Google Workspace outage our organization was experiencing. It is now fine. Hard to test things when there’s another issue going on affecting stuff.
