Since the launch of the Google Workspace to BigQuery export feature (circa 2019), significant updates have been made to the activity_ tables (near real-time logging, new schemas for Gemini, etc.). However, the usage_ tables have remained stagnant, leading to a significant gap in administrative observability and data utility.
If you want to see Google make these updates, please help me by upvoting my feature request for this in the issue tracker
