Missing users in Quarantine

I have an alert on the quarantine of my domain that states that 2 users were excluded from the results.
Why ?

Hi @Sébastien_LARAUD This usually happens due to permission or organizational unit restrictions - check your admin role scope, suspended/deleted users, and OU access to identify the excluded accounts.

This might be the answer, I’ll check if it’s one of the few users we deleted recently and report back if that’s the case.

Also, has this been the case for long ? I don’t remember having that warning previously even though we are deleting and suspending user pretty frequently.
