Missing Upgrade Button In Google Cloud Console

Hi,

I got an email to Upgrade my Google Cloud Console Account as the free trial is set to expire in 6 days. However, there is no upgrade button on the top right on the url path: https://cloud.google.com/console. Also when I follow the link in the email ti just takes me to the dashboard and I cannot se an upgrade option.

Can someone please advise how I can upgrade the account.
