I’m experiencing an issue with Looker Studio when exporting my report to PDF format. The metrics (such as numbers, percentages, or values in scorecards and tables) are not appearing in the downloaded PDF — only the layout and labels are visible.
I’ve checked the report in the browser and everything displays correctly there. The problem only occurs in the PDF export. I’ve tried different browsers and settings, but the issue persists.
Has anyone encountered this before? Are there any known fixes or workarounds to ensure all metrics are visible in the PDF?
How odd, I’ve never heard of anything like this before.
I’m curious if there are any error messages, or any other patterns that might indicate what is being omitted. It sounds like all actual data is being excluded?
What if you try scheduling the report to your email? Does it come through correctly then?
We have all of our reports scheduled to send every week to our customers. Some data blocks are being delivered empty. I discovered is all the “community visualizations” blocks. Other blocks like images and normal graphics are showed normally. The bug is with community visualizations.
