I am the owner of the Google Cloud Organization “coinnect.us” (Org ID: 1029453520235). I lost my Organization Admin access and cannot manage IAM settings, upgrade my support plan, or request help online.
- My account (PII Removed by Staff) is listed as a Project Owner, but I am locked out of the Organization Admin role.
- The Google Cloud Support Center will not let me submit a request because I am on the free-tier plan.
- When I try to use the IAM Policy Troubleshooter, I get a PERMISSION_DENIED error.
- I need help restoring Organization Admin access to my account.
