Looker Studio - Unable to find Google Ads Account

I’m running into an issue where the official Google Ads connector is not finding all of the accounts I have access to.

I have admin access to the MCC and all sub-MCCs - when I look for this account in the Google Ads interface I find it.

When I try to access it as a data source to set up in Looker Studio, I can find the account for the MCC but this sub-MCC account doesn’t show and no matter what way I search for the account (CID number, account name, partial account name) it does not show up as a possibility.

I have searched various help but nothing comes up. Any ideas?

I am also having the same issue. It was finding it fine when I created a report then suddenly it disappeared and it can’t find them any more. The account is still in my MCC.

Anyone got any ideas? If not, how else can we get help on this?
