I am interested in upgrading to Looker Studio Pro, but unclear if viewers need paid accounts.

I have over 50 viewers. Do only the editors and creators need paid accounts or viewers also?

Viewers do not need paid accounts. if you are looking to share the reports on mobile device then these need to be paid accounts. Looker Studio mobile app requires paid accounts only.
