Hi everyone, unfortunately I can confirm that Iām still getting the āCould not connect to serverā error and, like other users, I am unable to subscribe to Looker Studio Pro. I have tried all the possible solutions (connection, browser, cache, etc.) without success, and I have verified that there are no issues with my billing. Also, the ādeveloper optionsā are not relevant. Is there any update from Google on the resolution of this issue? This error is preventing me, as well as other users, from accessing the service and, in my case, from subscribing to a plan. Thank you.

Never in my life have I had such an issue getting someone to sell me a service. Their solution is to tell me to open a support case, and then I donāt have permissions for that either - even though I am the Owner of the cloud project, with all appropriate permissions. The "

error does not change in a few minutes - or EVER.
Google, FIX THIS - I would like to upgrade to Looker Studio Pro. Being able to use Gemini with BigQuery is something I am willing to pay for, but if your stupid system never works when I hit āBUYā then I will be finding another solution using your competitors.
Iām having the same problem.
I am completely blocked from using Looker Studio. When I try to access looker-studio.google.com, I receive a āServer failureā error and I am redirected to a page informing me that my ā30-day trialā of Looker Studio Pro has expired.
The critical point is that this error even happens on a BRAND NEW GOOGLE ACCOUNT and in a BRAND NEW PROJECT, where there has never been any Pro subscription.
We have already performed exhaustive diagnostics:
The error persists across different browsers and in incognito mode.
The error persists on different internet networks (Wi-Fi and 4G/5G).
Within the BigQuery service, inside the same projects, I can create tables and query data normally. The problem seems to be isolated to the Looker Studio service.
Direct links to console features, such as creating a āConnectionā in BigQuery, also fail with a āURL not foundā error.
The conclusion is that there is a bug or a platform provisioning issue that is incorrectly associating my environment with an expired Pro license, blocking me the free service.
Has anyone gotten a response from Google?
