Looker OnPrem Support Question - How to Raise a ticket now ?

Does anyone know how i raise a support ticket if i have onprem looker that i pay for, which is not cloud based. Now that the legacy ticket system has gone the Google Cloud Support ticket requires some type of support plan through Google cloud which I do pay for support but its part of the looker on prem. We dont have any logins for GCP that link to Looker so im confused how i raise a question, and there doesnt seem to be an easy way to just message someone at google to ask the question.
