Link between Google Doc and Google Sheet

Hi I devleop an Appsheet with input column as “Yes/No”. The value show in Google Sheet as “True/False”. How can I link this “True/False” value to Google Doc report by change “True” to be “No Growth” and “False” to be “Growth”
