Limit downloads

Hello, is there a way to limit user downloads to a specific numbers in a tiered structure? For example:

  • Group A: 50,000 rows
  • Group B: 100,000 rows
  • group C: 1,000,000 rows

I’ve read elsewhere that there is a 100,000 row limit on downloads, but this doesn’t seem to be the case for users.
