Label design and lot numbers

Hello everyone and experts.

The job I want is

1. Specify about 2 English Lot numbers on the side and 9 numbers on the latter.
2. Want to display the serial number only such as No 1 , 2 , 3 … (by linking to the main table)
3. Want multiple templates to come out Fit to make a label to put on the work box I don’t want to come to print. There is one item. I want one page to have about 3-4 tables. What should I do?
