Key? field not visible in form view

I have made a form view ,Now I have made a form field “ID” as a key for this table but on my app when i open form that ID field is not displayed and I have also used UNIQUEID() in the “ID” field in form but that is also not working..

Where have you given the UNIQUEID() expression. Please post a screenshot of Table if possible

Looking at the emulator on the right side of your screenshots, it appears to be working just fine.

Have you specified any Column Order for this form view?

What am I supposed to be looking at in these new screenshots? Only thing I see is that now the id is not showing up in your emulator, so what is the difference between these screenshots and your first ones?
