Keep flash always turn on when continue scan QR code

I have app to scan QR code for inventory. However, the lighting in my warehouse is not enough. I have to turn on flash on my smart phone for each time scanned. But that is very inconvenient when performing continuous data (by Link to view). How can i keep flash always turn on.

For me it sounds like that is not possible as the app closes the photo app after the photo is taken.. and then it reopens it again for the next inventory.. unfortunately.
