Just Announced: No-cost Learning on Google Cloud Skills Boost for Innovators

Hello Developers,

Today we added a new benefit to the Google Cloud Innovators program: 35 learning credits every month on Google Cloud Skills Boost. Use these no cost credits to deepen your cloud skills through on-demand courses, hands-on labs, and skill badges on the latest Google Cloud tech like the new Develop GenAI Apps with Gemini and Streamlit.

The best part? These credits will be topped off monthly for all Innovators members, giving you ongoing no-cost access to keep learning and leveling up your cloud expertise.

How to claim your credits:

  1. Become an Innovator on Cloud.google.com/innovators and access the logged in experience.
  2. Log into your Google Cloud Skills Boost account, and follow the prompts to link it to your Google Developer Profile. You will see a message confirming you now have 35 credits in your account.
  3. Start learning! Your credit balance will be automatically brought up to 35 each month.

Hungry for more? For unlimited access to learning, consider upgrading to Innovators Plus.

Whether you’re just starting your cloud journey or looking to deepen your expertise, this is an opportunity to build in-demand cloud skills that set you apart at no cost. Visit our updated FAQ section on the Innovators homepage to learn more.

I’m not 100% sure (NOT experimented personally) but I think the following should work:

Go to your Google Developer profile

In the “Badges” section find the “Google Cloud Skill Boost” badge and delete it by clicking on the tree dots menu at the top right of the badge itself.

Reoopening the Google Cloud Skill Boost should allow you to select the account again

Hi @oliverfierro77 I see that your new Innovators Plus badge has been added to your community profile (welcome to the program!) As an Innovators Plus subscriber, you actually have access to the full SB catalog as part of your subscription. If you go back to Google Cloud Innovators, you should see a button that says “Go to benefits” at the top of the page. You’ll be able to access the full subscription of SB there :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi

I’m a Google Cloud Innovator. I have two account, one for individual, another for partner.

I’ve tried to redeem but at the step 2, it linked to my partner account.

I’ve tried to use incognito browser and sign out my partner account.

I think there is a link between my individual google developer and my partner google skill boost.

How can I edit that link to my individual google skill boost?

Thank you

Any suggestions on what you should do if there’s no prompt for linking your cloud skills boost account to your Google Developer profile? I just joined the innovators programme but I’ve had a cloud skills boost account for quite a while.

In the case if you didn’t find any prompt, first sign out from your qwiklabs (skills boost) account and try with this link Cloud.google.com/innovators which will direct you to your innovator page where you will find a prompt to link developer profile to cloud skills boost.
