Issue with Receiving Scheduled Reports from Looker Studio

I am experiencing an issue with receiving scheduled PDF reports from Looker Studio. I have multiple email addresses set up to receive the reports, but some of the emails are not receiving the reports as expected.

Could you please investigate and assist in resolving this issue?

Could it be that reports are going to spam? This is an open issue that our team is working on. If this is the case, can you please add a comment to this post for us to track and keep you updated? Thank you!

If emails are not going to spam, and are not being sent at all, the Schedule automatic report delivery documentation page has some troubleshooting steps that might be good to check.
